Cascade Cleanroom Services was founded on a simple observation: the people cleaning data centers and cleanrooms in the Silicon Forest rarely have backgrounds in either. We came from the other side of the door.
How Cascade Started
Cascade Cleanroom Services LLC was founded in Hillsboro, Oregon by Jaime Reyes Venegas and Hayley Reyes Baker — a husband-and-wife team combining seven years of direct semiconductor and data center engineering experience with a decade of financial services operations and client management.
The idea took shape during Jaime's work on Intel's manufacturing campus. Walking past server rooms and cleanrooms day after day, he saw a recurring pattern: facilities that demanded ISO-grade cleanliness from their equipment manufacturers were often cleaned by vendors with no specialized training, no calibrated measurement equipment, and no documentation practices that could survive an audit. The gap between what the spaces required and what was actually being delivered was unmistakable.
Cascade Cleanroom Services exists to close that gap. We do not bid on office buildings, restaurants, or retail. We do one thing — and we do it for the spaces that protect mission-critical IT infrastructure across the Silicon Forest.

Meet the Founders
Jaime Reyes Venegas
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Credentials: B.S. Mechatronics Engineering | Capitoline DCCS Certified
Jaime brings seven years of hands-on engineering experience inside the exact environments Cascade now services. He currently serves as a Field Service Engineer at Lasertec Corporation, supporting Intel semiconductor production equipment at the Hillsboro fab. Prior to Lasertec, Jaime worked at Applied Materials, performing customer-deployed installation and maintenance of leading-edge semiconductor production equipment in ISO Class 5 cleanroom environments — a substantially more demanding cleanliness classification than the Class 8 standard typical of data centers. Earlier in his career, Jaime spent over three years at Direct Line Global, a specialty contractor focused on data center infrastructure including BAS, HVAC, and critical facilities work across the Pacific Northwest.
Jaime holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering and is certified by Capitoline (Certificate DCCS202055202605314180) as a Data Centre Cleaning Specialist. He leads Cascade's sales, operations, and customer technical engagement, drawing on direct peer-level experience with the facility managers and operations engineers who are Cascade's customers.
Hayley Reyes Baker
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Hayley brings over a decade of professional experience across financial services operations, real estate transactions, and digital marketing — a combination that gives Cascade unusually deep operational and client-management capability for an early-stage company. She most recently served as Loan Process Manager at Frontier Credit Union, where she led mortgage borrowers through end-to-end loan processing, coordinating with underwriting, escrow, title, and brokers on time-critical transactions. Prior to Frontier, Hayley spent three years as Client Experience Manager at Innovative Home Loans, managing 20-30 simultaneous loan files and developing operational systems that scaled the team's capacity.
Hayley is also a licensed Oregon real estate broker (formerly at John L. Scott), with direct experience executing $500,000 to $1,000,000 transactions, and previously served as a Digital Marketing Account Manager at Search Scientists, where she managed advertising portfolios generating over $500,000 in monthly revenue.
Hayley holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon and is certified by Capitoline (Certificate DCCS230737202605314182) as a Data Centre Cleaning Specialist. She leads Cascade's operational management, customer relationships, administrative operations, and compliance documentation. Fluent in English and Spanish.
Our Operating Principles
1. Specialization over breadth
We do not bid on office cleaning, retail, restaurants, or general commercial work. We do not service hotel banquet halls or warehouses. We service data centers, server rooms, and cleanrooms. Period. Every dollar of training and every hour of operations is dedicated to the spaces that protect mission-critical infrastructure.
2. Documentation as a deliverable
Every visit produces written evidence: completed field service checklists, before-and-after particle counts, photographic records, and signed sign-offs. The documentation is not paperwork — it is the deliverable that protects your warranty claims, supports your audit responses, and proves what was done.
3. Measurement, not assumption
We carry a NIST-traceable, ISO 21501-4 compliant particle counter on every visit. We measure before we clean. We measure after we clean. We deliver the numbers in writing. No claim about cleanliness in our reports is an opinion — every claim is backed by measurement.
4. Continuity through partnership
Cascade operates as a husband-and-wife partnership with two certified principals. If one member is unavailable, the other can continue serving clients with full technical credentialing and operational authority. The business is not dependent on a single individual.
5. Engineer-grade discipline
The same rigor that governs semiconductor manufacturing and data center operations governs our cleaning protocols. We follow checklists. We log every step. We do not improvise inside spaces where contamination has real consequences
Why Hillsboro, Why Now?
The Silicon Forest is one of the five largest data center clusters in the United States and is in the middle of the largest construction and capacity-expansion cycle in its history. At the same time, hardware manufacturers like Cisco, NVIDIA, Oracle, and major cloud OEMs have tightened their warranty requirements to demand documented ISO 14644-1 compliance — turning cleanliness from an operational preference into a contractual condition.
The combined effect is that Silicon Forest facilities increasingly need specialized cleaning service that can both perform the work and document compliance — yet the regional market is dominated by national vendors with limited local presence and generic commercial cleaners without the technical credentials to support warranty defense. Local facility managers told us repeatedly: nobody local does this well.
